The Taurus Guarantee program can be applied on any type of Astronaut, independent of the age of the robot. It offers the best package of guarantees. Different robots are given a one, two or three star rating. The number of stars determines what if any, modifications have been made to that particular robot, if it was refurbished or updated, etc. and the stars directly link to the warranty level, which would be represented as follows: One Star = 3 months; Two Stars = 6 months; Three Stars = 12 months.
