Farmers content with Lely Juno feed pusher

To gain insight into customer satisfaction among users of the Juno feed pusher, research was conducted by a student of Hogeschool Schoevers in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Denmark, France, Canada, UK and Belgium, 50 users were questioned about the reasons for recommending the Juno to other farmers, such as installation, use and appreciation of the Juno in practice. Farmers with a Juno are very content; more than 90% of the farmers appreciate the Juno as a reliable and good feed pusher.

After the launch in October 2008, more than 250 Juno feed pushers have been sold to date. The Lely Juno feed pusher provides cows with fresh feed 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Of the interviewed farmers, most of them would recommend the Juno to their colleagues. The Juno reduces the workload and increases flexibility and free time. In addition, increased feed intake and a quieter herd are important reasons for recommendation.

The Lely Juno is easy to install and on 90% of the farms, the Juno can be positioned in the barn without any adjustments. The Juno is useful for all kinds of feed types and it increases access to the feed fence for low-ranking cows. On a scale of 1 (very poor) to 5 (very good), more than 90% of the farmers questioned gave a score of 4 or 5. In conclusion: farmers with a Lely Juno feed pusher are very content and would recommend the feed pusher to their colleagues!
