The Lely Juno: recommend by farmers
Lely carried out a Lely Juno feed pusher customer satisfaction survey among customers worldwide. These were customers from the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, France, Finland and Canada.
The leading question was:
“Would you recommend the Lely Juno to fellow dairy farmers?”
97% of the users of a Lely Juno feed pusher would recommend it to fellow dairy farmers.
The second question was:
“What are the three main reasons for recommending the Juno?”
The main reasons mentioned were:
1. labour saving (25%)
2. time saving (20%)
3. improved feed intake (18%)
The third question was:
“ What was the main reason for purchasing the Lely Juno?”
The answers were:
Labour saving (28%)
Time saving (23%)
Improved feed intake (18%)
Increase milk production (11%)
Cow wellbeing (7%)
Cost saving (4%)
Other reasons (9%)
Lely thinks it is important that its products need to be easy to install and easy to use, so the Lely Juno feed pusher also meets these requirements. To check this with our customers we asked them whether they had to modify their barn before installing the Lely Juno. 90% of the customers did not need to modify their barn.
The last, and probably most important question of all was:
“How do you rate the use of your Lely Juno feed pusher overall?”
No less than 90% of all questioned farmers rated their Lely Juno as good or very good!
