Recognising the cows' needs
The Cosmix feeder dispenses a precise measured additional feed portion to the cow. Cows with a normal milking speed cannot take in more than a maximum of 8 kg of concentres in the milking robot (3 to 4 visits per day). An extra feeder is therefore needed to cover the energy needs of these high production cows.
