5 years’ warranty for evaporator
The evaporator, the milk cooling element in the Lely Nautilus milk cooling tank, is one of the most critical parts of the tank. In the exceptional situation of an evaporator breaking down or – in other words – starting to leak cooling gas, repair is bound to be troublesome.
Due to substantial temperature changes during the cleaning process, the stainless steel will expand and shrink, which has an effect on the durability of the evaporator. Welded rings – rather than spots – provide the best available structure of an evaporator on today’s market.
The welded rings do not only increase the durability of the evaporator but they also maximise the air for the cooling gas. In addition, leaking is unwanted in terms of our environment, since it will release harmful gases into our atmosphere. For the evaporators in the Lely Nautilus tanks no compromises have been made; for this reason these evaporators benefi t from a 5 years’ warranty period.
