Krummel KG and Lely: ready for the future

For four generations, Krummel KG in Edertal Bergheim in the federal state of Hessen has been involved in agricultural mechanization. In addition to a comprehensive package of farming equipment, the company also holds a Peugeot dealership. Its tradition may be longstanding, but the company has a modern, energetic and effective approach to business.

We had a talk with Werner Krummel, son of co-owner Werner Krummel Sr., who has been involved with the company as a salesman for several years now. For some time, Krummel KG has been active as a Lely dealer. The company was looking for a convincing portfolio in grassland machinery and because they already were a dedicated Welger dealer it was suggested by Werksvertretung Klaus Müller e.K from Linden to have a serious look at Lely equipment. Says Werner Krummel: "During an open day we showed various products of a variety of makes to our customers and they expressed a clear preference for the rugged construction of the Lely machines. That made it easy to opt for a Lely dealership!"

Now, after the first season, the enthusiasm for Lely products has grown consierably. The performance of the machines is excellent and the customers are satisfied with the results. Obviously, there are always matters that can be improved as well as requirements to be met by Lely. About one thing, though, we definitely see eye to eye: Krummel and Lely are a perfect team, ready for the future!
