Before joining Lely UK Ian spent 10 years in the Horticultural Industry. Ian's experience is wide ranging having first worked in the market garden industry for two years, then attending Hadlow College Kent to study for a National Certificate in Horticulture. After College Ian worked in amenity groundcare for 7 years attending Brinsbury College Sussex for three years to obtain his City and Guilds in Sports Turf Management. In this time Ian also gained NPTC awards including PA1,2 and NTC accreditation in Sports Turf Management. At this point Ian decided to change career and qualified to be an adult Physical Education Instructor. Ian taught sport to adults in Sussex and later Bedford for 8 years before coming back to the industry and joining Lely UK as Training Manager. Since joining the company Ian has added to his skills by becoming a Lantra Operator Instructor and obtaining his PA 6 application licence. Ian brings good administration and management skills to the team with a specific interest in Information Technology, Cutting Technology and Chemical Application Systems.

Clive Pinnock	Clive has a wealth of experience within the industry as a whole and as such is a valued member of the training team. Clive started his career working for 10 years as a blacksmith learning his trade with The Rural Industries Bureau. Clive then joined Agricultural Engineers, A.T. Oliver's working for them for 10 years before moving to General Motors. After a short spell at GM Clive joined Lely UK where he has been for over 20 years. As our more senior product specialist Clive is extremely knowledgeable on all Toro products from new products to the ones dating back over the years. Clive brings to the team a good sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and product knowledge. Through self-motivation and a keen interest Clive has also gained considerable knowledge in cutting technology and agronomy.
	Lely UK, Toro Training uses the expertise of a variety of instructors both within the Lely Company, dealership network and supporting industry. The training team would like to thank all those that have assisted in the delivery of the training programme
