The Center has evolved over time to provide a complete design, sales, service and back up operation second to none, helping our customers achieve higher productivity and effectiveness on their farm.
With our Head Office in Holsworthy, we have a team of certified service technicians located throughout the Devon & Cornwall region which ensures a quick response time 365 days a year; they all have the same goal – to maintain each robot to the highest standard and keep failures to a minimum and to keep customer satisfaction high.

Robots provide next level reliability
The two Lely Astronaut A3 milking robots at Ryan Park, Bodmin, have surpassed the Harvey family’s expectations by milking the 140 cow herd for 19 years. “19 years ago, if they’d said how reliable they’d be, I wouldn’t have believed them,” says Fred Harvey, who runs the farm with son Jack, 22. “Generally speaking, I don’t have a fault with them . . . Some parts are still the same as when they were put in: probably the arm rollers and bearings on the arms are the same.”

The Disney’s installed 4 x retrofitted Lely A5s into a pre-existing shed and 2 x Lely A5s in a new building. The 4 robots are split so cows can be managed in groups, whilst in the new shed, the 2 A5s run as single robot groups, allowing the team to keep a closer eye on heifers and freshly calved cows. The team are assisted by 4 x Lely Collector slurry robots and 2 x Lely Juno feed pushers.
