What is your role?

Together with your team, you will be responsible for the development and improvement of all electronics in our Automated Guided Vehicles. Your team members (electronics engineers) are responsible for the progress of a specific project whereby they collaborate with other technical disciplines (Mechanical, Embedded Software etc.). The challenge is to devise electronics solutions together with suppliers; after all, existing applications for our innovative solutions are not available most of the time. Your team members therefore outsource the PCB design, while monitoring, however, the progress of the design. Stakeholder management is absolutely key to this. In addition to the coordination of the design, it is crucial that the functionality of the concepts is thoroughly tested both in a controlled environment and at a testing farm. Working meticulously is key because any mistake may lead to serious consequences for our serial production. Innovation is inextricably linked with teething troubles, which is why endurance and creativity are essential properties.
