As a Scrum Master in the Software department at Lely, you play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum process and supporting your team to be successful. You are connected to various Embedded Software teams as a Scrum Master, and with your decisiveness, you help the teams deliver value to our customer, the farmer, every day. You ensure that the Scrum principles and values are adhered to and help the team overcome obstacles and continuously improve.

Your responsibilities:

  • Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
  • Supporting the team in identifying and resolving impediments.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Ensuring transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Coaching team members in Agile and Scrum principles

What is your experience?

  • At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile coach.
  • You hold a Bachelor or Masters diploma.
  • Knowledge of change management, Kanban, and Lean.
  • You speak fluent English and are currently living in the Netherlands.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • At least PSM 1 or CSM certification.
