As a Senior Software Engineer in the Sphere team, you are partly responsible for the development of Lely latest product. The Lely Sphere system maintains a sustainable farming environment, by reducing at least 70% of the farms emission. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to make this product ready for large production and future development.

As senior member of the software development team, you will play a proactive role in designing, improving and guarding the software architecture.

Your main responsibilities are:

Designing, implementing and guarding the software architecture.
Ensure code quality by coaching and helping out other team members.
Designing, implementing and testing of C++ (embedded) software.
Developing data structures and algorithms in combination with the chemical process requirements.
Maintaining existing embedded software including parts of legacy code.
Ensuring quality control based on design and code reviews, writing of unit and integration tests.
Contributing to the agile work process by reporting on your planning, project progress and managing risks and threats.

What is your experience?

Flexibility in terms of working times and conditions;

Salary range at a maximum of €5300,- gross/month, based on your experience you will be scaled. We would like to see some potential to grow
