In an area full of chances and opportunities we are looking for an experienced manager, who can put Lely prominently on the map in the Oceania (Australia & New Zealand) region. We are looking for a Cluster Manager who takes on the challenges of the geographically dispersed region. Challenges such as a large group of employees who work remotely, a young but eager management team and a market where robotic milking is not yet the norm.
As Cluster Manager Oceania you will be managing a team of about 30 full-time employees, distributed between the Truganina, Australia office and the Hamilton, New Zealand office covering the commercial, technical, administrative, marketing, it and business support sectors.
The Cluster organization is responsible for organizing and providing support activities to the network of Lely Centers in the cluster area. The support activity provided by the Cluster organization to the Lely Center network covers the entire scope of the activities of a private distributor, i.e. the commercial area of sales and annual budgeting, the administrative, accounting and reporting area, the technical after-sales assistance, service and maintenance, as well as the communication and marketing area, acting as an intermediary with the corresponding functions of the Dutch head office.
This role offers an attractive step for an experienced general manager; a person who has the competence to manage the complete processes of a company, meaning the annual planning of revenues, costs and profits, periodic reporting, marketing & communication activities, and personnel management including hiring, developing and the engagement of staff.
