What is your role?

Designing, developing, and managing the end-to-end employee experience lifecycle, Onboarding and offboarding, Training and Development, Performance Development, Talent Management and succession Planning, Organizational Development, Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Satisfaction and engagement Programs, and HR Analytics,
Attending Hiring Process and IT Recruitment interviews,
Managing all other sensitive HR cases such as relocations, leaves, termination processes etc.
Executing HR frameworks and tools to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.
Managing relationships with all employees and related stakeholders (Lely International HR, external consuconsultants
Leading, developing and coaching Turkish HR staff.
Leading the creation of a great workplace culture with all employees, coordinating all practices that will maintain a high level of employee engagement.

What is your experience?

Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments (Master’s degree would be an asset)
Minimum 8 years of professional HR experience including all HR processes with IT professionals (preferably in robotic process automation, industrial automation domains etc).
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in English and Turkish.
Solid human resources know-how and team management experience
Knowledgeable in Turkish Labor Law and SGK Legislation
Strong experience in managing the end-to-end employee experience process
Technologically literate with strong technical skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, application tracker systems (like SmartRecruiters) and other commonly used software together with LinkedIn, internet research (Boolean search strings)
Having good knowledge and high interest of the IT labour market and the local culture in Turkey and NL by actively following both technology & recruiting trends and insights in tech talent market
Exceptional candidate relationship management and negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations.
