Are you the one to take our sales channel for the DACH region to the next level? Are you the one who guides our franchisees together with our teams to develop further towards more market success.

As Manager Sales Channel Development DACH, you will be responsible for currently 13 Lely Centers in our DACH cluster. Each Lely Center is operated by a franchisee. Each cluster includes a team of specialists from various technical and sales-oriented disciplines with whom you will work closely. Our goal is to increase sales and market share in each sales region. You will have many ideas and Lely will provide you with different tools to help you achieve our goal.
You will be visible in the cluster; as someone who is familiar with the success stories. You will make sure that everyone can learn from them. You will continuously monitor the franchise concept to ensure proper compliance and expansion. Our franchise organization is innovative and therefore constantly evolving. In this context, you fulfill the important task of safeguarding the franchisees' wishes, while at the same time keeping an eye on Lely's interests and the sales of the product ranges. And in this way we complement each other collegially in the system to greater success.
You report directly to the management and are closely connected to the management team. You will work across the cluster with the team leaders of Solutions, Customer Care and Marketing & Business Support. Together you will ensure proper communication between the cluster organization and the Lely Centers and vice versa. The performance and details of all franchisees are reviewed on a quarterly basis. With your thorough knowledge you monitor the processes to a continuous development of our organization.

You are the link between headquarters and the location that has direct contact with the end customer, the dairy farmer. You need to understand and represent all parties. Since you will be responsible for three regions, we expect you to spend 30-40% of your time traveling. We expect you to live in the DACH region.
