What is your role?

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for all departments, as well as assist the Senior Executives
  • Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries and hotel bookings; review, confirm, and record the related invoices in the expense system at the end of each month.
  • Starting and finalizing visa processes. 
  • Conducting research and presenting reports in line with the request of the manager. 
  • Supporting Administrative Affairs (purchase, renovation/repair) 
  • Entry Card activation processes and welcoming the employees. Also, report them to the manager
  • Follow-up and organization of gifts
  • Receives cargo and hands it to the related employees, tracks the invoice of cargo according to the departments, and tracks the incoming lists.
  • Organize small-scale team events and larger-scale department/ company-wide events as required.
  • Organize company or department meetings
  • Manage weekly/monthly related administrative reporting
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures

What is your experience?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must.
  • Has a strong desire to learn and explore new technologies, likes to research, and ability to produce efficient solutions
  • Collaborative team player, with strong interpersonal skills
  • High ability to follow business processes and result oriented.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Has no restriction to travel.
