As IFS Field Service Management (FSM) Application Expert you have an important role in the design, development and support of our service management tooling and processes in our premium distribution channel.
In this role you are responsible for setting up, configuring and supporting the FSM application. Your primary responsibility lies in the field of continuous development and you also act as an internal Consultant. An ambitious program has been drawn up for the coming years in the Lely Compass programme, in which the first set-up with FSM has already been completed. Lely has a team of Application Experts and Specialists supporting our suite of ERP tools used by the Distribution Channel. The Field Service Management Application expert will form part of this team.
Tasks and responsibilities
In this role you are mainly responsible for development and you also act as an internal Consultant. To be successful as an FSM Application Expert, you have three to five years of experience in a similar role. Experience with Service Management processes is an advantage. In addition, it is important that you can bring technical ideas back to plain business user language. You are a team player who regularly seeks connection and contact with other colleagues.
