What is your role?

As a Service Delivery Manager at Lely, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery processes of our digital products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met, SLAs and OLAs are established, and KPIs are tracked to monitor progress. You will manage customer expectations, build lasting partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with different teams to ensure optimal service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, managing, and improving delivery processes.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders (internal and external) to record current and future service requirements in SLAs or OLAs.
  • Managing customer expectations and building lasting partnerships.
  • Keeping in touch with stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Reporting progress and discussing challenges during the Strategical Operations Alignment.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will actively seek opportunities for improvement, prepare and present service reports to clients, participate in the execution of the DOC Continuous Improvement roadmaps, and help create and execute on the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction. As a team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills, you will work with and understand technical specialists and quickly turn ideas into practice.

To build up a good relationship with colleagues abroad, you will occasionally travel both inside as well as outside Europe.

What is your experience?

We are looking for someone who has experience in a Services Delivery role dealing with complex, technical implementation projects, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Besides this, we are also looking for someone with:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectives.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
  • Good organizational and communication skills to manage client and project documentation, communications, meetings, and required meeting follow-ups.
  • Ability to continuously seek for possible improvement and determine areas for process improvements within both the client and Lely.
  • Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and a creative and open mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, as well as work with and understand technical specialists.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Dutch.
  • Affinity with a highly technical environment.

About Lely’s Digital Operations Center (DOC)

The Digital Operations Center (DOC) is part of the Technical Service Support (TSS) department and is responsible for the technical operations of Lely farm management software (amongst others Horizon) and future digital services and solutions. The DOC provides first-class, third-level support with a strong customer focus. DOC is monitoring and reporting about the performance with innovative technology. This to ensure end-to-end secure, stable, and reliable digital services and solutions while aiming for 100% uptime.
