What is your role?

As a passionate HR Advisor (m/f/d), you will strengthen our team and actively shape the processes of our HR segment. Besides the diverse daily business, your focus will be on HR projects, which we also offer to our sales partners, the Lely Centers. You will also enhance our digital HR tools to support our work more efficiently.

Main responsibilities

  • The role of HR Advisor (m/f/d) is highly tactical. You will focus on a systematic, future-oriented, and value-driven approach to our modern HR work.
  • Implement HR projects with high initiative and a touch of improvisation, both within our company and in collaboration with the HR department at our headquarters in the Netherlands.
  • Partake in the annual strategic workforce planning in preparation for budget processes.
  • Develop comprehensive working time and project tracking models as well as mobility concepts from an HR perspective.
  • Continue our Great Place to Work® certification and support the introduction of remuneration and performance models.
  • Coordinate a wide range of personal development opportunities within Lely and assist our teams with corporate culture and employee development topics.
  • Work on an international project to develop HR support for our sales partners, the Lely Centers.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and guidelines, including collaboration with our Works Council.
  • Enhance discussions within our HR team with your insights and interest in HR management trends.
  • Share your experiences and work closely on overarching strategic topics with our headquarters in the Netherlands.

What is your experience?

  • You are passionate about shaping HR processes and can transform your enthusiasm for HR management into actionable steps.
  • You have several years of experience in generalist HR roles and are familiar with all aspects of personnel management.
  • Your approach is marked by empathy, appreciation, and strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey your ideas.
  • You collaborate harmoniously with leaders to achieve strategic HR goals.
  • Your quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and conceptual strength help you implement overarching strategies independently, even in collaboration with the international HR team at Lely.
  • You are proficient with HR documentation, familiar with relevant legal regulations, and experienced in working with a Works Council.
  • A university degree or comparable professional experience is expected, along with the ability to adapt to different parts of our organisation and engage as a service provider.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required for regular communication with our headquarters.
