What is your role?

  • Following the full recruitment life cycle for different type of positions from junior to management level across a variety of vacancies (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates).
  • Working closely with the delivery managers and development team members to develop and understand their strategic and tactical hiring needs in Turkey and NL (if needed) and act as a strategic partner throughout the whole recruiting process
  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging with the best talent, from sourcing and referrals to branding and career events
  • Researching and analyzing new international markets and new recruiting technics, tools and sources.
  • Delivering a first class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers.
  • Preparing periodic hiring process & FTE reports and presentations
  • Ensuring strong process and relation management with internal and external parties
  • Providing new joiners an excellent onboarding experience by planning and following the necessary organizations
  • Taking part in forming and maintaining positive and attractive brand image of the Company at the labor market.
  • Carrying out all recruitment related activities on social media & recruitment platforms and generate innovative ideas to reach out to the right talents
  • Taking active part in related HR projects

What is your experience?

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields; Master's degree would be a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of professional recruitment experience including relevant experience in interviewing and assessing IT professionals (preferably in robotic process automation, industrial automation domains etc).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in English and Turkish.
  • Solid experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding (included attracting the talents on Social media channels with employer branding activities)
  • Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other commonly used software together with LinkedIn, internet research (Boolean search strings)
  • Having good knowledge and high interest of the IT labor market and the local culture in Turkey and NL by actively following both technology & recruiting trends and insights in tech talent market
  • Sourcing and recruiting experience with technologies like .Net/C#, Angular, Azure etc. (by using traditional and non-traditional sources like database, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, online forums, Blogs etc.)
  • Quite familiar with competency models and behavioral-based interviews
  • Working experience with agile working environment
  • Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical).
  • Exceptional candidate relationship management and negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks within a demanding environment
  • Excellent analytical and follow-up skills, strong attention to details and priorities and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize in multiple tasks in fast-paced, transforming and complex work environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and committed personality with an entrepreneurial & hands-on attitude
