Lely 牛奶质量控制细胞计数 (MQC-C)
Lely MQC-C 是 Lely Astronaut 的一项额外功能,并且可以在早期阶段即检测出乳腺炎。该设备会采集牛奶样品,并将试剂液体添加到样品中。然后根据样品的粘度生成一个细胞计数指标。这项测试采用了与加州乳腺炎测试相同的原理。该测试先采集牛奶样品,然后加入试剂,混合物会变得粘稠。牛奶中的(炎症)细胞越多,混合物就越粘稠。
MQC-C 每挤三次奶执行一次测试(使用智能抽样)。但是,若测试结果显示高 SCC(大于 250,000 个细胞/毫升),MQC-C 就会采集每次挤奶的样品,生成更详细的乳房健康状况数据。MQC-C 测试是一种筛查工具,意味着它能够指明疾病存在的可能性。而通过实验室测量,所需时长平均会长达 6 周。借助 MQC-C 经常测量 SCC 有助于在奶牛层面监测乳房健康 (Deng et al., 2020)。

密切监测奶牛个体的乳房健康对于识别该奶牛处于乳房内感染的早期阶段,以及及时开始治疗和评估康复状况至关重要。借助 Lely Astronaut,奶农可以依靠在线传感器系统识别由罹患乳房内感染的奶牛所产出的牛奶。
研究表明,当将 SCC 信息添加到使用电导率信息的检测模型时,乳腺炎检测系统的性能还会提高 (Kamphuis et al., 2008; Kaşikçi et al., 2012)。Lely Horizon(报告 10、12 和 23)综合了 Astronaut 上所有牛奶传感器的信息(电导率、颜色、温度、挤奶速度、产奶量、出奶时间、死奶时间、脂肪和蛋白质指标),并在(乳房)健康任务中处理这些信息。奶农在合理的时间内收到有关任何变化的及时通知,由于可以快速识别处于乳房内感染早期阶段的奶牛,这有助于为其赢得更好的康复时机。
结论
