Lely introduces a platform tracking the short chain of fresh milk
Sustainable food production with consideration for our planet is becoming increasingly important. Worldwide, but certainly also in the Netherlands. Whereas many products nowadays travel ever greater distances, there is precisely a need for a short chain, both in distance and in transparency of the production process. That is why Lely is launching the Mijn Boerderij (My Farm) platform on which the consumer can trace what is in the glass of milk, where the milk comes from - even from which cows - and how the milk is produced.

Lely Reaches Class Action Settlement
Pella, Iowa – November 21, 2022 – Lely today announced it has signed a settlement agreement involving litigation regarding the Lely Astronaut A4 in the United States. The settlement is for an initial amount of $49.75 million, which amount is subject to adjustment based on the options provided in the settlement agreement. The total amount of the settlement is dependent on the participation rate of an agreed-upon trade-in program from Lely Astronaut A4 to A5. If approved by the court, the settlement would resolve a class action lawsuit that was filed in February 2020.

The second-generation Lely Orbiter presented at EuroTier 2022
The next step of the innovative on-farm dairy processor
Maassluis, 15 November 2022 – At EuroTier, Lely today presented the second generation of Lely Orbiter, the next step in innovative on-farm dairy processing. Launched in 2018 as an innovative revolution, the dairy processing system offers interested farmers a bulging package of additional technical and visual features including the processing of yoghurt and cream.

Lely Exos winner of DLG Agrifuture Concept Award 2022
Maassluis, 14 November 2022 – Lely Exos, the world’s first concept for fully autonomous harvesting and feeding of fresh grass, is the winner of the DLG Agrifuture Concept Award 2022. This was announced today during EuroTier in Hannover, Germany. With Exos, Lely introduced an innovation in 2020 that is fully compatible with the transition to sustainable and circular dairy farming.

Lely Exos nominated for the DLG Agrifuture Concept Winner 2022
Maassluis, 22 September 2022 – Lely Exos, the world’s first concept for fully autonomous harvesting and feeding of fresh grass, has been nominated for the DLG Agrifuture Concept Winner 2022. With Exos, Lely introduced an innovation in 2020 that is fully compatible with the transition to sustainable and circular dairy farming. Exos enables dairy farmers to use a large part of their grassland to produce fresh feed. This results in a more efficient use of nutritional value of their roughage and more milk in the tank while saving labour and feed costs.
