Reporting to the Lely Atlantic Customer Solutions Manager, the Dairy XL Account Manager coaches the Lely Center teams to grow Lely’s adoption in the large farming (500+ cows) segment.
You will be responsible for supporting all our Lely Center employees in all steps of the customer journey and ensures a professional customer experience.
You will makes sure that the Sales activities meet the Lely standard that they are in line with the Lely value proposition and the Lely Franchise Manual.
Responsibilities include and is not limited to the execution, support and alignment to offer all Lely’s capital good solutions to large farms. They will motivate the Lely Center teams in order to achieve maximum market potential.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for actively managing the Red Cow Community memberships of our farmers.
