These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between Lely and one of the three products Lely Calm, Discovery or a Juno completion entrants. 

1. Definitions 

We (“our”, “us”, “Lely”) means Lely International N.V., Cornelis van der Lelylaan 1, 3147 PB, Maassluis, The Netherlands.  

Website means our website: www.Lely.com

You mean the competition entrant. 

2. Scope of Competition 

The competition ends on 31st October 2023 with all winners being announced in 30th of November 2023. A member of our marketing team will contact you directly if you have won and how to claim your prize. Please ensure all information you enter on the form is correct.  

By entering/participating or attempting to participate in the Lely Barn competition, you accept and agree that you, as a competition entrant are bound to these Terms & Conditions. 

3. Terms of Validity 

All competition entries must be made before the 31st of October 2023 in order to be eligible for the prize draw.  

Any entries made after the 31st of October 2023 will not count. 

The competition only applies to those people living in Ireland - Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.  

4. Privacy and Data protection 

Any personal details provided in connection with the Lely Barn competition will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is important that you carefully read and understand this information. 

All data collected by us will be used and processed exclusively within the framework of the current Dutch and European Union data protection laws and in accordance with our data protection and privacy policies. 

5. Duration and Right to termination 

The Lely Barn competition runs until the 31st of October 2023.  

Lely can terminate the Lely Barn competition or a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.  

Lely reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel the prize or refuse a transaction if we notice any activity, we believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if we have a reason to assume you are in breach of these Lely Barn competition Terms. 

Lely reserves the right to review and investigate all Lely Barn competition activities and to suspend accounts or modify the Lely Barn competition as deemed fair and appropriate. 
  
6. Limitation of liability 

Lely accepts no liability for loss, theft, destruction, or improper use of the prize, unless this is the result of gross negligence on the part of Lely. 

Nothing in this agreement serves to exclude or limit liability for: 

• death or personal injury due to negligence. 

• deliberate deception. 

• any other form of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. 

7. Governing law and jurisdiction 

These Lely Barn competition terms are to be construed according to, and shall be governed by, Dutch law. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG, 11 April 1980) is explicitly excluded. 

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Lely Barn competition shall be settled by the competent court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

Lely reserves the right to, at all times, amend these Lely Barn competition publishing an amended version on the Lely Website. 

You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Lely Barn competition terms. If you do not agree to any revised version of these Lely Barn competition, your sole recourse is to stop your participation in the competition. 

Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, participation in the Lely Barn competition is subject to, and constitutes your acceptance of, the version of these Lely Barn competition Terms in effect at the time of your participation in the Lely Barn competition
