Job Title - CRM Sales Super User

Supporting our customers in automating and digitizing dairy farming is impacting our operation model and is shaping the digital mindset. The role of the cluster data expert is crucial to our success in this field.
After the implementation of Salesforce, the Data Expert is responsible for maintaining and enriching the data availability and quality f our Lely business systems.
The post holder will ensure that all data is cleansed before migrating to Salesforce, in addition to this you will be working with our Lely Centers to ensure all data is correct and the right processes put in place to ensure that all data is meaningful.
Key responsibilities:
Training Support:

Supports, monitors and advises on the adoption and use of the CRM application and tooling, processes and methods

Delivers training to the Cluster Commercial Sales Support, Business Support, Distribution Channel Development and Marketing teams in combination with the CRM Implementation Consultant

Periodically visits Lely Centers to conduct training courses and to advise the Sales Advisors and Business Support teams

Aligns with the Cluster Service Management Super User to ensure a uniform approach and training of the integrated system solutions to the Lely Center Network

Advices the Cluster Marketing Automation Specialist and the Lely Center Sales Advisors on the continuous improvement of SQL quality
NPI:
- Is responsible to align with the Cluster representatives to integrate other systems with Salesforce, to ensure that an integrated solution in systems and working processes is guaranteed
Distribution Development:
- Ensures CRM adoption and use reflects the latest sales process, customer journeys and touchpoints to ensure that appropriate actions are performed at each stage
- Produces reports with detailed analyses and comments related to CRM behaviour and business outcome for the Cluster Customer Solutions Manager and Cluster Commercial Sales Support to follow up with the Lely Centers and achieve more efficiency and improve the quality of data
- Promotes the Lely way of selling at the Lely Centers
Stakeholder Management:
- Works with (marketing) management and sales management within Lely to develop and execute customer creation projects and customer experience work packages.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of the overall Lely CRM Sales solution by sharing best practices, requests for information and suggested changes in sales processes and tooling with the Product Owner
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Educated to a degree level related
- In-depth understanding of data models and the use of data in software applications and business processes
- Knowledge of working with Salesforce CRM
- Skills with developing and providing training

Mobility Requirements:
The successful candidate will be requirement to travel national and international, therefore you must:
- Hold clean, valid driving licence.
