Key Responsibilities

·       Strategical development: Develop strategical plans within Customer Care and Sales and Marketing, to increase FMS market penetration with a profitable, sustainable and enjoyable future of the Lely Centers in your region, according the Lely International, Farm Management Support, vision. You transfer and train new developments, information and updates from Lely International to the Lely Centers and vice versa share information and (market) feedback from local Lely Centers back to Lely International.

·       Stakeholder management: Identify, assess interest and engage stakeholders and third parties in your area, establish a good communication plan to utilize the positive influences and minimize the effect of the negative influences.

·       Train, coach and support: Provide training, coach on the job, give support, guide and share Lely research with the LC FMS colleagues according the FMS career plan to let them become the skilled advisors for their Lely farmers.  

·       Second line support: You are the second line support between farmers and Lely. Your FMS LC colleagues can escalate (critical) issues to you.

Skills/Profile

• You have successfully completed university studies and you have a work experience of 1-3 years
• You speak, write and present in English and Italian fluently
• High initiative, ability and ambition to create and cultivate strong partnerships, you are a motivator to inspire people
• Excellent communications and organizational skills, good listener and public speaking, open minded attitude and proactive approach
• Experienced in relation management and cross-functional project approach
• Ability to think strategically, tactically and be practical
• Knowledge in agriculture and experiences about farming
•  Professional appearance (rapport)
