The major benefit is situated in the crop-friendly treatment due to the large surface and ingenious movement of the feed forks, thrusting the crop into the loader wagon. The R-type superstructure provides ample possibilities: larger volumes, a wider choice of carriages as well as a version with discharge rollers and lateral discharge conveyor.
The camless pendulum pick-up with 5 rows of tines ensures a clean pick-up of crops. The feed unit is powered by a heavy duty gear drive and has 5 stable feed forks. The kidney-shaped cam track steers the feed forks smoothly and gently from the pick-up through the cutting unit into the loading area. Double tines, mounted on the feed forks, remain in contact with the crop in an ideal angle until they are retracted again. The result: a maximum filling of the wagon with carefully treated crop.
A compact frame construction with a vertical superstructure allows an enormous load volume. The Tigo S Profi series is available in four models from 40 to 70 m³ and two models with discharge rollers. The wide selection of tyres and chassis enables the Tigo S Profi to fulfil all demands of large and medium sized professional livestock farmers.
The 40 SD Profi (40 m³ at medium compaction) and 50 SD Profi feature two, or an optional three discharge rollers. Therefore these models are ideally suited for both use on the clamp and, in combination with the optional side discharge conveyor, for zero grazing. The side discharge conveyor can distribute the crop on the left and right hand side of the machine and ensures an optimal dosing in the feed alley. Switching while working is easy; the conveyor simply slides in under the wagon to make way for normal discharge.
The 60 S Profi and 70 S Profi models have been developed for farms that require large loading capacities to harvest dry and sensitive crops and drive long distances. These models help to increase efficiency and output as well as being economical.
With the Tigo S Profi, Lely again expands the employability of its portfolio of loader wagons. This is a big step forward in meeting customer demands for a large capacity loader wagon with an extreme crop friendly feed system.
