Experimental food market at symposium “we’ll 2013”

The demand for food will only increase. During “we’ll 2013” we will try to find answers how we should prepare now to feed the world in 2050.

May 7, 2013

But there are alternatives already. That’s why the partners of “we’ll 2013” also organize a tasting of organic and alternative food sources at this symposium on May 15 in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. You can experience: Seaweed (Your Well), the vegetable of the future, Soup of the SOUP-SERVER; biological soup from the machine (365SOUP®), some delicious insects and ice made of sheep milk (Moois) for dessert. For drinks, we serve fresh horse milk (Orchids Paardenmelkerij) and lactose free milk (Campina).
