The Lely Campus Phase 1 is now certified with ‘energy label A+++’. With this certificate, Lely exceeds the national criteria requirements of the RVO (Dutch Governmental Agency for Entrepreneurship) to be at least energy label-C-certified in 2023. In 2030, this will even be at least energy label A.

What is an energy label?
An energy label indicates how energy efficient the building is. This includes for example the insulation of the building and the installations for heating, cooling, hot water, ventilation, humidification and lighting. The less fossil energy a building consumes, the higher the energy label class of the building will be.
From BREEAM-NL New Build to In-Use
Campus Phase 1 is BREEAM-NL New construction and renovation certified: an internationally recognised certificate for sustainability performance for office buildings. Recently, this quality mark was also obtained for Phase 2.
