At Lely we see lots of opportunities in applying Machine Vision techniques in the field of Dairy farming and in the development of our products: milking robots, automatic feeding systems and accompanying management systems. That is why we are growing our team of Machine Vision Engineers.
At the department, you will work together with 150 other engineers that dedicate themselves to improving existing Lely solutions, invent and test new solutions. You are involved in the entire chain, from the initial idea to the final product. On the long run, you will work amongst the pioneers of creating Machine Vision solutions in the Dairy industry, bringing the best quality of products in the market.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop algorithms in computer vision for autonomous vehicles, milking robots, and other exciting challenges, using the classical and modern Machine Vision techniques.

You are an experienced Software Engineer, specialised in Machine Vision and Computer Vision techniques. You have the affinity to work in a multidisciplinary environment. You do not only come up with bright ideas, but are really focussed on completing projects. We find it important that you are tenacious, collaborative and capable of working with uncertainties.
