Internship: Developing the Business & Implementation Plan for Lely's Second-Hand Market

Are you an ambitious Business Administration student looking to make a real impact in an innovative and dynamic environment? At Lely, we offer you the opportunity to develop a business and implementation plan for our growing second-hand business. This exciting project involves working on Lely’s refurbishment processes, as well as designing a commercial and logistic setup for our Certified Pre-Owned programme. You will have the unique chance to contribute to an emerging business model within one of the leading companies in agricultural technology.
As an intern, you will split your time evenly between developing your graduation thesis or project and supporting ongoing daily tasks within our Pre-Owned Business Team. You will work closely with our Business Team Milking department – the largest team at the Lely Campus – where you’ll be able to gain insight from experienced professionals and be part of the growing second-hand market at Lely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a business and implementation plan for the Certified Pre-Owned programme;
- Conducting market research and assessing refurbishment processes to optimise the pre-owned business model;
- Contributing to the logistical and commercial setup for the second-hand business at Lely;
- Supporting ongoing projects and daily tasks related to the Certified Pre-Owned programme, ensuring a seamless workflow within the department.
Wat breng je mee?
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or other relevant education and looking for a (graduation) internship;
- You have strong proficiency in English and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools;
- You are independent, proactive, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges;
- You have a passion for business development and are interested in contributing to innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
