Alexander van der Lely, CEO of Lely about the collaboration: “The agreement formalizes the long-term collaboration between Lely and Mueller and strengthens our total offering. This new cooling proposition offers worldwide coverage alongside our existing Nautilus milk tank availability. Farmers can now fully rely on one stable partner for the complete installed base: the Lely Center.”

“When dairy producers choose robotic milking systems, they want the highest quality milk cooling and storage tanks to go with it.”, says Mueller B.V. General Manager Menko van Gorkum. “We couldn’t be happier to now be offering these solutions together.”

Mueller has been manufacturing bulk milk coolers for more than 60 years and is one of the world’s largest suppliers of milk cooling and storage solutions. The Mueller name is synonymous with high quality, efficiency and reliability in the agricultural dairy industry.

While Mueller and Lely have been in an informal business partnership for decades, this new agreement means Mueller milk tanks, silos, Fre-Heaters® and condensing units will be included in Lely’s Europe and Asia/Pacific portfolio.

Lely employees are undergoing training on the new Mueller products to guarantee the consistent level of quality service that dairy producers expect.

The new Mueller products will be made available within the Lely network in a phased rollout starting May 29, 2019.
