On Olivia's farm in Australia, they milk 400 Holstein cows with six Lely Astronaut robots.
Olivia most looks forward to spring and autumn when the cows are due to calve. She is always excited to see the next generation and how the cows have developed during the next lactation.
One of the things she finds important is to educate people about dairy farming. She chooses to go to local shows with a few cows so that people can ask any questions. That way, people can also see and touch the cows and really interact.
