Lely North America is part of the Netherlands-based Lely Group founded in 1948. With customers in more than 60 countries, Lely is recognized as the market leader in automated systems for dairy producers worldwide. Using the cow as a center point, the company develops premium robotics and data systems that increase animal welfare, flexibility and production on dairy farms.

We are proud that Pella, Iowa is the North America headquarters for this Dutch manufacturing company, producing bright red robotic milking machines along with other state-of-the-art solutions that make the lives of dairy farmers more sustainable, profitable and enjoyable.   The future is bright for our innovative company creating a variety of job opportunities at our Pella location, but also throughout the U.S. and Canada.
 
Our U.S. facility offers a variety of expertise areas, including production and logistics, engineering, IT & Data, technical training, customer service, sales & marketing, finance, and human resources.  We also offer opportunities across North America to guide and support Lely Center dealers with sales, technical service and support, and farm management services.

Lely North America

Lely North America provides and supports robotic milking, feeding and manure management technology in the United States and Canada.

Lely has been a leader in dairy innovation in North America for 25 years. Headquartered in Pella, IA, Lely NA recently moved into a new state of the art facility in 2022. In addition to our staff in Pella, we have team members living across North America working with our independently owned Lely Centers.

Lely Centers

Lely Centers are located throughout North America and make up an independently owned dealer channel. Lely Centers work directly with local farm customers.

There are 50+ Lely Centers that sell and service Lely products and solutions. These stores are located in markets where most of the cows live and work. Lely Centers are often looking for individuals who are passionate about meeting the needs of their farm customers.

    Lely North America facility
    The new Lely North America facility is Phase 1 of a planned Lely campus, set in a restored prairie south of Pella, Iowa. The facility will provide assembly space for robotics that support the North American dairy industry and serve as a distribution hub.
