The Reuter family from Hastings, MN retrofitted their older barn with 2 Lely A5 milking robots in May of 2021. They had previously installed a
Lely Juno feed pusher and a Discovery 90SW slat scraper as a first step.
Leedstone also designed, built, and welded some of the fencing and gates. Dennis Reuter offered feedback and said, “It was a big advantage to
us that it was a retrofit project, and that we pre-trained the cows before
start-up. The whole transition went smoothly with help from
Leedstone’s FMS (Farm Management Support) & TSS (Technical Service
