Account Manager

Your Role
The Account Manager reports directly to the DCD Manager, and you work closely with Manager Propositions and Commercial Products Specialists of each Business Team in the Cluster and the Center Managers and Sales and Service Managers in each Lely Center.
You travel regularly within Turkey and the SEET geographical area to maintain close relationships with cluster teams and Lely Center Network.
The Account Manager is part of Cluster SEET and it is located in Istanbul at Lely Orient office. Clusters represent Lely on sales and service of all chosen propositions, safeguarding an integrated proposition including Consumables & Spare Parts and securing the medium- and long-term development of Lely’s distribution channel.
The Account Manager ensures that the different propositions are communicated in an aligned way to the Lely Centers, supports and challenges that budget targets are achieved and steers, grows, develops and professionalizes the Premium Distribution Channel.
Qualifications and core competencies
- You have successfully completed university studies
- You have at least 3-5 years’ experience in commercial roles, preferably within agriculture/food related companies
- Preferably with experience in Dealer Management or Distribution Network Management,
- You are willing to travel often, both nationally (Turkey) and internationally, to maintain strong connections with teams and partners.
- You speak, write and present in English and Turkish fluently
- You are a confident communicator, feeling at ease also with difficult conversations
- You have a growth mindset, eager to learn and to progress in the role
- Good influencing and presentation skills
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Must valid driving license
- Must hold a valid passport

We are currently seeking a Account Manager based in Istanbul (preferably in Asian side).
The Account Manager reports directly to the DCD Manager. They work closely with Manager Propositions and Commercial Products Specialists of each Business Team in the Cluster and the Center Managers and Sales and Service Managers in each Lely Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Account Manager is responsible for bringing one aligned story out of the different Propositions towards the Lely Centers, which will lead to a balanced portfolio.
- The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring there is a centralized and streamlined communication between the Proposition Managers and the Lely Centers.
- Steering the Lely Centers based on KPI’s (e.g., Lely Center Audit) and is responsible for achieving the budget targets of the Business Teams in Sales and Service
- Develops Lely Centers with their resources in Sales and Service with support of Commercial Product Specialists of the Business Team.
- Enhancing customer centricity to continue maximizing each Lely Centers market share and NPS and Customer Experience.
- Driving the adoption of robotics and New Proposition Introductions (NPI’s) from a national perspective
- Guides activities in propositions on customer target groups (Family Farms, DXL, Grazing Farms)
- Trains with the help of the Business Teams, the overall use of sales tools inclusively CRM and order tools.
- Supports the DCD Manager on creating the Lely Center 5-year plans together with the Lely Center and sets goals and actions that will be executed.
- Identifies when budgets are not met and formulates action plans by connecting the Lely Centers with the appropriate expertise.
- Provides input for Lely Center improvement plans and offers market insights using CRM data to support annual budget targets for the Business Teams.
