Your Role

As Commercial Product Specialist Milking you will play a crucial role in supporting our Lely Centers Network and internal teams in SEET region. You will act as the go-to person for commercial aspects related to the Milking proposition and you will contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and commercial activities to achieve maximum market penetration in Turkey. 

You travel regularly within the SEET geographical area to maintain close relationships with cluster teams and Lely Center Network of Turkey. You will train the sales team on the field to gain confidence on milking product knowledge and tools usage. You will be part of the Business Team Milking of the cluster SEET reporting to Manager Proposition Milking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Milking Portfolio sales targets and grow automatic milking system adoption and market share in Turkey. 
  • Act as the commercial sparring partner for Lely Centers, supporting customer and large-dairy farm visits to strengthen sales effectiveness. 
  • Drive consistent CRM use, accurate pipeline management and regular data updates. 
  • Train Lely Center teams on Milking propositions and sales tools, in cooperation with relevant Cluster colleagues. 
  • Provide market and competitor insights, and adapt commercial and marketing materials to local needs. 
  • Support targeted events, commercial activities and successful New Product Introduction roll-outs. 
  • Align with Cluster and International colleagues, contribute to workshops and share best practices across Lely Centers and Clusters. 

Qualifications

  • Agricultural background, ideally with dairy farming knowledge and familiarity with cows and barn routines. 
  • Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, set milestones and deliver on time. 
  • Commercial mindset, focused on customer needs, solution selling and results. 
  • Strong communication, presentation and training skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. 
  • Collaborative and self-driven, able to work independently, manage priorities and support cross-functional teams. 
  • Fluent Turkish and professional English, with availability for national and international travel.

We are currently seeking a Account Manager based in Istanbul (preferably in Asian side).  

The Account Manager reports directly to the DCD Manager. They work closely with Manager Propositions and Commercial Products Specialists of each Business Team in the Cluster and the Center Managers and Sales and Service Managers in each Lely Center.

Our cluster with 2 offices , the main one in Italy and the other in Turkey supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey.We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 50 people distributed between Milano office and Istanbul branch office.
