Farm Management Support
Your Role
FMS (Farm Management Support) advisors have one goal: guiding its customers through the transition to automated milking or feeding and optimizing results.
The Lely Cluster Farm Management Support Specialist, reporting to the Cluster FMS Team Lead, supports and trains in the most practical way the Lely Center FMS Advisors in the correct start-up and the best use of Lely propositions to achieve customer objectives. He or she ensures that these services meet the Lely standard.
It is her or him purpose to ensure effective communication between Lely International – Lely Cluster - Lely Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training, coach on the job, give support, guide and share Lely research with the Lely Center (LC) FMS colleagues according to the FMS career plan to let them become the skilled advisors for their Lely farmers.
You are the second line support between farmers and Lely. Your FMS LC colleagues can escalate (critical) issues to you, and you are responsible for passing field feedback on products and services back to Lely International and supporting the marketing department in marketing activities (e.g. events, farm open days, case studies, customer testimonials, webinars).
Qualifications
- You preferably have successfully completed university studies in Animal or Agricultural Science
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the dairy and livestock sector (experience in herd and farm management, animal health, reproduction, and nutrition, with the ability to translate this knowledge into practical advice for farmers)
- You have an excellent command of English when discussing professional topics such as herd management, dairy nutrition, and robotic milking systems, including the ability to deliver trainings and presentations
- Be able to work in a dynamic, multicultural and international team
- High initiative, ability and ambition to create and cultivate strong partnerships, you are a motivator to inspire people
- You hold a valid driving license and are able to travel regularly to farms and Lely Centers, including internationally when needed (Turkey and Balkans countries)

We are currently seeking a Account Manager based in Istanbul (preferably in Asian side).
The Account Manager reports directly to the DCD Manager. They work closely with Manager Propositions and Commercial Products Specialists of each Business Team in the Cluster and the Center Managers and Sales and Service Managers in each Lely Center.

Our cluster with 2 offices , the main one in Italy and the other in Turkey supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey.We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 50 people distributed between Milano office and Istanbul branch office.
