🧩 Who Are We Looking For?
- You’re currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
- You’re in your 3rd or 4th year of studies,
- You live in Istanbul or are willing to relocate for the duration of the internship,
- You’re a collaborative team player, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges,
- You’re fluent in English and can communicate confidently – if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

⭐ Qualifications
- Strong interest in Human Resources processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to HR projects.
