What can you expect from the Juno demo?

During the demo period, you can expect the following from us:

• Installation of the Lely Juno machine, including the following essential elements:
  • Metal guide strip for navigation to the charger
  • Charging station (230V power supply must be available)
  • Installation and user instructions (by service technician) for the Lely Juno
• Support during startup, a comprehensive manual, and operating instructions
• Advice on application for your farm

What do we expect from you?

During the demo period, we ask you to adhere to the following agreements:

• Follow the instructions provided by (the) Lely (Center)
• Observe the usual safety and hygiene regulations
• Provide a suitable installation site and facilities for the Juno
• Cooperate in completing a demo form and measuring energy consumption
• The Juno demo period lasts 60 days. In week 6 of the demo, you will evaluate the period together with the Lely Center representative

Installation
The installation of the Juno will be carried out by the Lely Center. The user must provide the necessary facilities and electrical connections. These must be arranged at the user’s expense according to the guidelines provided by the Lely Center.

Normal Purchase
If, after the free demo period, you decide to purchase, the purchase price will be invoiced. Payment must be made within 14 days of invoicing.

Return
In week 6 the trial period (45 days after installation), a decision on purchase must be made. If, after the free demo period, you do not purchase, the Lely Center will uninstall the Juno. No compensation will be paid for any adjustments made to the feed pad and/or barn situation.

Ownership
During the demo period, the Lely Juno remains the property of the Lely Center.
Ownership transfers only after full payment of the purchase price.

Liability
Damage arising from this agreement for which the Lely Center or the manufacturer of the Lely Juno can be held legally liable will only be compensated if the user proves that it resulted from a circumstance or event for which the Lely Center or manufacturer is legally responsible. Loss of profit or reduced yield will not be compensated. Compensation is limited to the total purchase price of the Lely Juno.

The user must immediately inform the Lely Center of damage, potential damage, and incidents that could lead to damage or death. In case of damage or death caused by (the user to) the Lely Juno, the user will be held liable by the Lely Center.

Warranty
The Lely Center offers the user a 1-year warranty on parts.
