Our 2024 highlights
Strong farmer focus
Farmer satisfaction remained exceptionally high in 2024, with a Net Promotor Score of 88%. More than 2,000 farmers visited the Lely Campus to share experiences and explore new innovations. This strong engagement underlines the trust farmers place in Lely and the value of co-developing solutions that support the Farm of the Future.
Innovation milestones
2024 marked two major innovation achievements: the installation of the 50,000th Astronaut milking robot and the introduction of our latest Yellow Revolutions Juno Max and Zeta. These innovations demonstrate Lely’s ongoing commitment to transforming dairy farming.
Employee experience recognised
Lely was officially certified as a Great Place to Work at nine locations worldwide in 2024. This recognition highlights the company's focus on creating a safe, healthy and inspiring workplace.
