Lely appoints two new members to its Supervisory Board

Lely is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Poliner and Susana Gonzalez to its Supervisory Board, effective 1 April 2026 for a term of four years. Their appointments follow an international search that was initiated after Lisbet Thyge Frandsen stepped down from the Supervisory Board per 1 October 2025 for health reasons.

With these appointments, Lely’s Supervisory Board now consists of five members, including two non-Dutch women, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion at the highest governance levels.

Complementary expertise
Both women bring strong industrial and international backgrounds which are highly complementary to Lely’s current Supervisory Board.

Jessica Poliner is a global CEO and board director with extensive executive leadership experience across diverse industrial manufacturing and SaaS companies. She brings strong expertise in transformational growth, emerging technologies, and global people leadership and development.

Susana Gonzalez brings senior international leadership experience in industrial manufacturing and automation. Susana has a track record in building and running global commercial organisations serving a diversity of industries. She adds strong capabilities in commercial excellence and organisational transformation – including modernising complex global sales organisations.

It is with regret to announce that our valued member of the Supervisory Board (SVB), Lisbet Thyge Frandsen, has decided to step down from her role in the SVB per 1 October 2025. Lely pledges 5% of annual profit to recently launched Van der Lely Foundation

Today, the Van der Lely Foundation was launched during a festive event at the Lely Campus. The foundation has been set up to support various social causes both in the Netherlands and abroad. To mark the launch, Lely announced that it will pledge 5% of its annual profit to support the foundation. This profit pledge will contribute to realising Lely’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) ambitions and commitments as embedded in the company’s strategy.
