Service Technicians 24/7
Our highly trained Service Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and servicing of robots and associated peripheral equipment for our growing customer base. Their activities include electronics, mechatronics, pneumatics and associated software updates. We have our own install team; team to commission new (robot) installs and give operating instructions to customers. They ensure accurate administration of all work performed - work orders, time sheets and parts processing. Supporting any breakdown services is key to our support. The challenge lies in optimizing the robot down to the smallest details, making them run optimally, reliably and efficiently. Lely have 207 Centers worldwide, our technicians are always nearby for 24/7 local support and expertise.
Service Call Center
We have our own inhouse service call-center of highly qualified technicians that trouble shoot and support farmers remotely and in-most-situations talk customers through any issues they have. They can also organise one of our infield service team to visit farm, if required.
