Field Service Technician
What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a vital role in installing and maintaining Lely’s cutting-edge farm automation systems. Your work will directly support our customers' success and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and servicing Lely equipment:
- Astronaut robotic milking systems
- Vector automated feeding systems
- Discovery barn cleaning robots
- Calm calf feeders
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Logging and reporting service work accurately
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with farmers
- Participating in the on-call rota (after training) to provide 24/7 customer support
