As Financial Administration Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting colleagues with reliable financial information.
As Financial Administration Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining accurate financial administration and supporting operational finance activities. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement are key.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Processing and maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
· Managing order administration and supporting project-related financial processes
· Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and bank transactions
· Monitoring outstanding invoices and supporting debtor management activities
· Assisting with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting
· Supporting process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and data quality

You are an accurate and proactive professional with a strong administrative mindset. You enjoy working with numbers, have a structured way of working, and are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization.
In addition, you bring:
· A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
· Experience in a financial administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting support role
· Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general financial administration
· Experience working with ERP systems such as Business Central, Movex, or similar systems
· Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
· A hands-on mentality with attention to detail and process accuracy
