Celebrating 10 Years of Robotic Milking

Since starting with just two robots and 70 cows in 2015, Michael and Enda have expanded to 260 cows and now operate with four robots—achieving this growth over ten years while maintaining a highly labour-efficient system focused on streamlined daily routines, strong profitability, and exceptional grassland management.

A New Focus: Managing Running Costs

For the first time, this event will place a spotlight on the day-to-day running costs of the farm—offering practical insights into robotic costings, input management, and operational decision-making that supports both sustainability and performance.
