Job Description

Do you want to be the first to get involved in the latest technical updates and innovations? Can you translate this into the field so that our service technicians are trained to repair and maintain Lely products for the end customer effectively? Do you want to be that indispensable link? As a Technical Service Support, you operate in the field between Lely Centers, CLUSTER SEET and the headquarters (Lely International) in Maassluis. The Technical Service Support for the Milking product portfolio primarily focuses on the Astronaut milking robot.

Mansioni principali

  • With each update or new innovative product, you are the first one asked to review and validate the product in the field.
  • Through intensive communication between Lely Center and customers on one side and Lely International on the other, you contribute to the further improvement and development of existing and new products, both in terms of hardware and software.
  • Towards the Lely Centers, you ensure that service technicians and Product Specialists are well-trained to install and maintain Lely products effectively, as well as troubleshoot issues.
  • Through auditing at our customers, you ensure that processes within the Lely Standard are established and maintained.
  • You monthly participate in the hotline, providing technical support to the technicians at the Lely Center
  • In your work area, you visit Lely Centers, farmers, congresses and occasionally the Lely Campus in Maassluis.



You are a technical expert who can enthusiastically impart your technical knowledge to technicians while also extracting information from them to make our products even better. You can ask probing questions to eliminate certain issues and arrive at a solution.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A completed technical education.
  • Speak and write fluently in English.
  • Several years of experience in a service-oriented technical role.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • The right skills to maintain an overview and bring structure to your work, but in case of problems, you dive into the details effortlessly.
  • You are assertive and have the courage to clearly communicate when something cannot be done

Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiastic team, consisting of 40 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
