Job Description
- Posting and managing open positions on LinkedIn and various systems
- CV screening and initial contact with candidates
- Supporting the HR Manager with basic administrative tasks, such as document management and data entry
- Supporting candidates during the initial selection phases and subsequent onboarding
Qualifications
- Junior candidate available immediately for an internship
- Interest in recruitment and HR processes
- Excellent communication skills; professional English
- Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Availability of 40 hours per week

About our Cluster
Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiastic team, consisting of 40 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
