In July of 2022, Harms Farms in Jim Falls, WI retrofitted their barn to add a Lely Juno automated feed pusher. The new addition was added to their previously installed Lely Luna cattle brush and Discovery Collector 120 robotic manure cleaner! Their remodel included a new feed bunk, floor and stalls for their existing free-stall barn. Learn more here!
The Harms family said, "The Luna brush... the cows won’t leave it alone and they look good. As for the Discovery Collector, we love it! It’s easy to control and saves us 1-1/2 hours of labor a day. We’re seeing less damage than we used to see with the skid steer, and there's less manure on the floor throughout the day. Before our latest addition of the Juno, we were pushing feed 3x/day with the last push at 6 p.m. Now, the Juno pushes feed all the time so cows have better access to feed throughout the night and early morning."
