Juno Max is designed to push feed quickly, smartly and efficiently, in multiple barns and feeding alleys. The newly designed free navigation system and obstacle detection ensure it can always accomplish its task: efficient feed pushing for large-scale farms.

The new products – a manure robot that is also applicable for barns with sand bedding, an automatic feed pusher for large-scale farms and a concept for smart monitoring of cows and barn operation – are the newest answers to the challenges that dairy farmers worldwide face. Merchtem, 29 August 2024 - Today the first Lely Orbiter in Belgium was launched at Bart Vanderstraeten and Marijke d'Hertefelt in Merchtem, Flemish Brabant. This makes them the first dairy farm outside the Netherlands to produce high-quality dairy products on the farm with the Orbiter. The Koeweidehof's fresh dairy will be marketed exclusively to the Belgian market under the ‘Oh!Lait’ label, which is also launched today.

Today Lely announced that its CFO Ronald Eikelenboom will pursue his career outside of Lely after ten years at the Dutch robotics manufacturer.

The PPS 'Reinventing Circular Dairy Farming' was launched today. In this Public Private Partnership, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature, Wageningen Livestock Research, Slootsmid, Nederlands Centrum Mestverwaarding, Hanskamp and Lely are working together. The pilot project aims to research how urine can be used as a fertiliser substitute. Using urine as a manure stream can help improve the circularity of a dairy farm.
