Barn cleaning
Efficient barn cleaning is essential for maintaining animal health and farm productivity. Our robotic cleaning solutions ensure consistent and thorough removal of manure, reducing labor effort and contributing to an optimal cow health. The Discovery Scraper and Discovery Collector are compact and navigate autonomously, making them easy to integrate into your existing barn layout and able to reach almost all areas of the barn.
Valorising emissions
Our circular barn system Lely Sphere valorizes nitrogen emissions by converting them into a liquid, circular fertilizer. The system also separates the urine with potassium and the faeces with organic nitrogen and phosphate. These three types of fertilizers can each be used for optimal fertilisation of soil and crops, exactly where and when needed. This improves closing the mineral cycles on the farm.
